This multi-year engagement with F1Soft, Nepal’s largest Fintech company, for their annual Bankers’ Meet demonstrates Emazing’s profound ability to understand evolving client needs and consistently elevate an event’s stature through strategic design and flawless execution.

1. Bankers’ Meet 2023 – Objective: Commanding Respect in a Skeptical Arena

Challenge: F1Soft, despite its market leadership, faced a perception issue where its young leadership was not being taken seriously by established banking CEOs in previous, more informal meets. The urgent need was to design an event that would unequivocally command respect and position F1Soft as an authoritative industry leader.

Emazing’s Engineered Solution: A complete reimagining of the event. The venue was upgraded to a 5-star hotel. Branding shifted from traditional flex prints to sophisticated digital displays, including large portrait-oriented TVs resembling oversized mobile phones. The centerpiece was a “larger-than-life 40ft by 12ft floating projection screen,” achieved with a custom-designed, one-sided truss meticulously engineered and stress-tested. The main stage was a striking 12ft diameter circular platform with a “floating in thin air” effect. The show flow, from a powerful company milestone video to precisely timed MC entrances and concise, impactful presentations (developed with custom animations), was executed with “military precision” after rigorous rehearsals.Engineered Solution: A complete reimagining of the event with a 5-star hotel venue, sophisticated digital displays, and a centerpiece “larger-than-life 40ft by 12ft floating projection screen” achieved with a custom-engineered, stress-tested truss. The show flow was executed with “military precision.”

Impact: The transformation was profound. Guests were reportedly “awestruck.” Previous disruptions were replaced by “pin drop silence” during presentations, each ending with “loud applause.” F1Soft “not only commanded respect but were awestruck with precision jaw dropping perfection.”

2. Bankers’ Meet 2024 – Objective: Establishing as a “Must-Attend” Premier Event

Challenge: Building on the respect gained, the new objective was to transform the Bankers’ Meet into an event that Nepal’s banking CEOs would actively desire to attend, enhancing its prestige.

Emazing’s Engineered Solution: Renowned international FinTech futurist Brett King was secured as the keynote speaker. To make a familiar venue feel unique, Emazing introduced Nepal’s “first” 360-degree cylindrical LED screen (12ft diameter, 8ft high) in the pre-function area, displaying “high-tech holographic style animation.” The main hall featured luxurious sofa seating in F1Soft’s brand colors for all 200 guests, with custom side tables and lampshades intricately wired to the main event light mixer, dimming in sync with stage lights for a dramatic opening.

Impact: A VIP guest commented, “I have been to hundred of event in this venue. i never imagined that the hall could be setup in such a way.” F1Soft expressed their delight: “You guys never fail to amaze us.”

3. Bankers’ Meet 2025 – Objective: Grandeur on a Budget & Resilience in Crisis

Challenge: Maintain or exceed previous impact despite a limited budget, at a new venue with a high ceiling, and an extremely tight one-night setup window.

Emazing’s Engineered Solution: A massive 70ft by 14ft neoclassical structure was conceived as the stage backdrop, constructed from lightweight thermocol. To achieve precision for projection mapping under budget and time constraints, Emazing innovatively designed and built their own hot-wire CNC machine. An LED screen was seamlessly integrated. CRISIS: Moments before commencement, the main power generator failed, followed by the primary backup proving insufficient. Despite having a “backup for the backup,” Emazing’s team, demonstrating extraordinary composure and resourcefulness, immediately mobilized and installed an additional, more powerful generator. This instance is a particularly compelling mini-story of competence under extreme pressure.

Impact: The event proceeded flawlessly with only a 15-minute delay. The neoclassical structure and projection mapping delivered the intended “jaw-drop” impact. F1Soft expressed immense relief: “We were so scared when the generator failed. But after that it was flawless. Thank you.”
