The Emazing Event App Suite, a custom-developed platform (current version 1.x) created in strategic partnership with Outlines Research and Development, offers a sophisticated, integrated solution for modern event management, supporting both Android and iOS platforms.
This robust backend offers comprehensive control over participant registration, including advanced search functionalities, approval workflows, payment verification from various local gateways (eSewa, IME Pay, ConnectIPS, Fonepay, Himalayan Bank VISA 3DS), and badge/ID customization with QR codes. Access levels are defined for super admin and registration officers. It allows for dynamic event scheduling, multi-channel communication (bulk SMS, targeted push notifications via Firebase, direct messaging), speaker and exhibitor management, digital resource distribution (publications, videos), setup and moderation of interactive elements (polls, Q&A, quizzes, feedback modules), live camera feed management for hybrid components, and comprehensive real-time reporting dashboards for registration, attendance (including session-specific QR validation), and engagement. The admin panel also provides analytics for registration, attendance, and engagement.
The intuitive mobile app provides attendees with a user-friendly interface for event registration and secure payment. It grants access to personalized schedules ("My Saved Agenda") and real-time updates; detailed information on sessions, speakers, and exhibitors; interactive venue maps; a digital "Briefcase" for storing documents and notes; interactive participation in polls and Q&A; and XMPP-based real-time chat for networking with other attendees. Dedicated event microsites are also developed to handle pre-event buzz, RSVP management, and speaker bios.
While full layout/module customization is not a standard feature, Emazing manually customizes registration forms for specific event needs. QR codes are generated for registered users (data not encrypted), with a manual registration option available as a fallback. For ID card printing, both a manual process and an automated self-check-in/card printing hardware solution are available.
The mobile application is built using React Native with Redux for state management, ensuring a cross-platform, responsive, and modern user experience. Firebase is utilized for push notifications, and XMPP for real-time chat functionalities.
The Emazing Event App Suite has been successfully deployed and rigorously tested at numerous large-scale, high-stakes events. These include multiple editions of the Nepal Investment Summit (efficiently handling over 3000 registrations for NIS 2024), the Power Summit series, CNIYEF Startup Fest (handling over 5000 participants), Rotary International Club District 3292 Conference, International Conference on Nepal's Reconstruction (ICNR 21), Nepal Infrastructure Summit 2022, and the 39th ABA Conference. While formal load testing reports for 5000+ concurrent users are not available, its performance in these large events demonstrates practical capacity.
The credibility of the Emazing Event App Suite is significantly bolstered by external, independent verifications. Emazing Pvt. Ltd. is listed as the developer on the Apple App Store for the official mobile applications of several major summits, including the "Nepal Infrastructure Summit 24" app, "Power Summit 2023," "NIS 2022" (Nepal Investment Summit), and the "39thABAConferenceApp." Furthermore, a company profile for Outlines Research and Development Pvt. Ltd. (updated Oct 2021) lists Emazing Pvt. Ltd. as a client for an "Event Management and Participation Apps project," described as encompassing a "Brochure website. Companion mobile app for digital conference participation. Web portal." The ICNR-2021 (International Conference on Nepal's Reconstruction) Proceedings Report also explicitly states: "The professional inputs received from the Emazing Pvt. Ltd. for preparing ICNR homepage and designing app for virtual conferencing were highly effective."
The app, currently built on PHP 7.4, is planned for an upgrade to PHP 8.3+ using CI4 or Laravel 12 technology. A re-architecture is envisioned to divide it into three modules: authorization (QR validation, self-check-in), online event scheduling, and registration (payment, onsite registration kiosk).

The app ecosystem has been successfully deployed with key modules including event scheduling, live camera integration, ID card printing with QR, QR-based authorization, payment gateway integration, participant registration (individual, group, family), session handling, live quizzes, Q&A sessions, and hybrid mode support.
Full offline mode for remote locations has not been developed or tested so far, though manual registration serves as a fallback.
