Custom-Developed Digital & Interactive Solutions: Engaging Audiences Anew
Emazing's innovative spirit extends to creating unique digital and interactive solutions that enhance engagement and provide memorable brand interactions, moving beyond standard event offerings.
1. Emazing Digital Name Displays: A proprietary and elegant system designed to replace traditional panelist name tents. These units are custom-built side tables incorporating LCD screens that display animated event or program branding, panelist names, and their affiliations. Information can be dynamically updated in real-time via a central server. The unit also thoughtfully integrates a microphone holder and provides space for panelists' water, enhancing both stage aesthetics and functionality. This solution shows attention to detail and a desire to improve event experiences with technology.
2. Interactive LED Floors & Touchscreen Applications: As demonstrated at the Prime Tiles launch, an interactive LED floor section was incorporated into the stage design. This was complemented by a system allowing guests to use a touchscreen interface to digitally apply various tile designs to a life-size room view displayed on a main screen, offering a dynamic and engaging product visualization experience.
3. Edge-Lit Surfaces: Utilizing edge-lit surfaces with RGB synced lighting for visual enhancement and branding opportunities.
4. Other Interactive Technologies (AR/VR/XR):Emazing also offers and has experience with:
Projection-based interactive sales assistants that can resemble brand ambassadors or animated characters, delivering pre-defined messages or enabling two-way interaction via tablets.
These systems allow customers to pick up products (e.g., mobile phones) and see detailed information, specifications, comparisons, and related content appear on an adjacent screen, while also collecting valuable user interaction data.
Developing and deploying AR experiences that overlay digital information, 3D models, or interactive elements onto a user's real-world view via smartphones or tablets; creating immersive 3D digital environments using VR headsets for product experiences or virtual tours (e.g., Civil Homes VR tour in 2017); and leveraging XR for real-time spatial content layering and immersive storytelling. 1 These AR/VR/XR capabilities indicate an understanding of emerging engagement trends.
