1. Specialized Reveal Mechanisms for Product Launches:
1.1. Hyundai Santro 2019 ("Garage Door" Reveal): Engineered a system where a segment of a projection screen physically opened in perfect synchronization with a film sequence, allowing the actual car to emerge onto the stage.
1.2. Nissan Kicks 2019 (Descending Screens Reveal): Designed a central stage with four large screens forming a suspended enclosure that descended in unison to dramatically unveil the car positioned at the center.
1.3. 8848 Vodka Special Edition (Rising Bottle Reveal): A custom-built lift mechanism made an 8-foot replica bottle ascend from within a box, at which point animated artwork was projection-mapped onto its surface.
2. Custom Trussing & Staging for Challenging Venues:
2.1. IBN 12th Anniversary, Singha Durbar (2023): In a venue with a low, delicate ceiling, Emazing designed and installed a special lightweight mounting truss, meticulously restoring the venue to its original condition post-event.
2.2. F1Soft Bankers' Meet 2023 (Floating Screen): To achieve a "larger-than-life 40ft x 12ft floating screen," Emazing's engineers designed a unique one-sided truss that underwent rigorous load testing for safety.
3. In-House Developed Hot-Wire CNC Machine:
For the F1Soft Bankers' Meet 2025, faced with a limited budget and a tight timeline for a massive 70ft stage facade, Emazing designed and built their own hot-wire CNC machine to precisely cut the lightweight thermocol material.
