Bespoke Custom Engineering & Fabrication: Realizing Unique Visions

Emazing’s "engineering" ethos is most tangibly expressed in its ability to design and build custom physical and mechanical solutions that bring ambitious creative concepts to life. This capability to solve complex physical challenges with engineering ingenuity is a rare and valuable skill in the event industry.

1. Specialized Reveal Mechanisms for Product Launches:

1.1. Hyundai Santro 2019 ("Garage Door" Reveal):: For this iconic car's relaunch, Emazing engineered a system where a segment of a super wide-angle projection screen, designed as a garage door and displaying a film sequence ending at that door, physically opened in perfect synchronization. This allowed the actual new Santro, driven by actors from the film, to emerge onto the stage, creating a seamless and emotionally resonant transition from film to reality. The mechanism was so well-engineered that the client anecdotally expressed a desire to have it installed in their own garage. This project is a perfect story of blending creative vision with mechanical precision.

1.2. Nissan Kicks 2019 (Descending Screens Reveal): For a completely different launch format, Emazing designed a central stage with four large screens forming a suspended enclosure. These screens, displaying product features, then slowly descended in unison to dramatically unveil the car positioned at the center, all synchronized with custom graphics, lighting, and sound. The entire mechanism was custom-developed.

1.3. 8848 Vodka Special Edition (Rising Bottle Reveal): An 8-foot replica of the special edition bottle was concealed within a central box. On cue, a custom-built lift mechanism made the giant bottle slowly ascend, at which point animated artwork was projection-mapped onto its surface, creating a theatrical unveiling.

2. Custom Trussing & Staging for Challenging Venues:

2.1. IBN 12th Anniversary, Singha Durbar (2023): In a high-security venue with a low, delicate acoustic panel ceiling, Emazing designed and installed a special lightweight mounting truss. This required careful structural analysis of the space above the false ceiling and a commitment to restoring the venue to its original condition by reinstalling the original acoustic panels post-event.

2.2. F1Soft Bankers' Meet 2023 (Floating Screen): To achieve a "larger-than-life 40ft x 12ft floating screen" in a hall lacking adequate ceiling mounting points, Emazing's structural engineers designed a unique truss system that was supported from only one side. This custom truss underwent rigorous load testing (double the anticipated weight) at their fabrication facility overnight before the event to ensure absolute safety and stability.

3. In-House Developed Hot-Wire CNC Machine & CNC Fabrication:

For the F1Soft Bankers' Meet 2025, faced with a limited budget and an extremely tight one-night setup window for a massive 70ft x 14ft neoclassical stage facade, Emazing showcased remarkable ingenuity by designing and building their own hot-wire CNC machine. This allowed them to precisely cut and shape thermocol, the chosen lightweight and cost-effective material, to the exact specifications required for a flawless projection mapping surface. This in-house innovation and CNC fabrication capability for precision carving for set design and branding elements was critical to achieving the project's ambitious scale and quality under severe constraints, demonstrating resourcefulness and a can-do attitude. Instead of compromising the vision, Emazing engineered a solution.

4. Bespoke Stands & Themed Booths:

As seen at the Prime Tiles launch, Emazing developed special stands enabling life-size cutouts of the brand ambassador to physically hold actual full-scale tiles. They also designed and fabricated a themed photobooth resembling a living room, incorporating the client's tiles into the set design for an immersive brand experience.
